If a meditation isn’t right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your order date. You don’t need to give a reason.

How to request a refund

Payments are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or email us at pat@mindcircles.co.uk and we will arrange it for you.

What happens next

Refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 3–10 working days depending on your bank. Once a refund is issued, access to that full meditation is removed from your MindBites library — the free taster remains available.
